If your rental has lots of corners or a brick fireplace, you should consider adding edge bumpers to these parts of your rental. This step will protect small children if they accidently fall into corners or brickwork.
Add A Safety Gate
This is especially important to do if your rental property has a staircase since it will keep babies or small children from falling down stairs.
