Move-Out Procedures for Appliances

It is the standard practice of Blackbird Realty and Management Inc, to inspect the condition of the appliances after the tenant has moved out. They make sure that the washer and dryer are not leaking, the dryer's vent is clear, the stove is clean and grease-free, and they may probably do a chemical bath of the dishwasher. If there's a water softener in the house, they will make sure it is filled with salt.

A team is sent in to do inspections as soon as the tenant moves out to get the home ready for the new tenant. This saves you money in the long run and the company doesn't have to do repairs over the weekend after the new tenants move in.
