- Clean Up – Remove any furniture that you may have on the front porch then sweep and clean the space up.
- Power Wash Your Porch – Rent a power washer to clean the exterior of your rental property, driveway, and path leading up to your rental.
- Paint Everything – Paint the front door to your rental property an attractive color that will “pop” or make it noticeable from the street. You should also paint/refinish your patio furniture as well.
- Plant New Flowers – Go to your local nursery and plant new flowers. Don’t forget to plan the right flowers for the right space because it’s easy to plant the wrong flowers in a space and they will only live for a couple of weeks.
