I’ve been residing in a property managed by Blackbird for almost four years. Their portal makes it very easy to make your payments and schedule maintenance. Even through the pandemic the maintenance has been very good.

I’m being working as a vendor for the last 8 years for blackbird Realty , on the cleaning services, I’m very satisfied and happy the way George always respond on any of my concerns that my job implies, as well Alexis, Jody , and the whole team . Very professional, always pay on time for my services, I love they are very friendly and kind. I can only said good thing about them !! First time renters and BlackBird Realty helped us all the way through our process. The house warming gifts were very helpful from BlackBird realty for the first few nights. They respond quickly if we need anything or have a request for the house. Especially the portal makes everything simple and to pay rent. A couples time we had Issues with the property and BlackBird realty had someone out in the next day. BlackBird Realty truly cares about their people and properties. Thank you BlackBird Realty. :)

As a mortgage lender, I have been working with Blackbird Realty for the past few years and I can say they always have their clients best interest at heart. Not once have I ever come across any shady business practice. Very professional and communication is always on point. When we need anything they are always on top of it. I’m not sure how they do it but this office always seems to get their buyers the best deals.

We have been renting from Blackbird Realty for about 6 months now and have had a great experience. They accommodated us with our move in date into a property that was very clean and freshly renovated. Any issues we've had so far have been quickly resolved.

As new investors from out of state, managing rentals at distance was scary and challenging. Thankfully, we’ve found Blackbird and since then we’ve doubled our rentals in Las Vegas. George, Alexis and the team are very hands on and passionate with what they do. Managing our rentals have been stress free and on autopilot giving us more freedom to focus on growing our portfolio.
